01What you get
- Virtual Visa and Mastercard cards in USD and EUR — issued with a single API call.
- One balance in USDT (TRC-20, BEP-20) or Toncoin: the API returns the top-up address.
- The full card lifecycle: issue, top up, freeze, unfreeze, close.
- Card details and 3-D Secure codes are delivered only in protected form.
- Webhooks for every event: transactions, spending holds, confirmation codes.
- Cards, balance and transaction history in read methods — easy to reconcile spend by team and ad account in your own system.
02How to connect
- Message support in Telegram and describe your use case: how many cards, for what, expected volume.
- We agree on terms and enable merchant mode in your VirtCardHub account.
- A “Merchant” section appears in your dashboard: issue API keys, set an IP allowlist, an encryption key and the webhook URL yourself. One key — one account in one currency.
- Integrate over the REST API: the documentation opens in the dashboard once connected.
03Security
- A key is shown once and bound to one account; reissue it any time.
- IP allowlist; issuing a key and changing settings are confirmed with a code from the Telegram bot.
- Card details and 3-D Secure codes travel encrypted end to end.
- Webhooks are signed, and a repeated write request never creates a second operation.
04Pricing
Fees follow your account’s tariff: issue, top-up fees and limits are returned by the products method. Volume terms for teams are agreed with support when connecting.
05Who it’s for
- Media buying teams: a card for every ad account, offer or buyer — issued and topped up from your own system.
- Services that pay for foreign subscriptions and tools on behalf of their clients.
- Resellers and marketplaces that need a card per order.
06Good to know
There is no sandbox: keys work with real money, so access is enabled after a conversation with support.
