01What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small records a website saves in your browser. localStorage and sessionStorage work similarly — browser memory that the web account uses. We use them only to run the website and the account and for our own visit statistics.
02What we store
vcm_vid- Visitor ID — to tell repeat visits apart. Where: Website, cookie. Lifetime: up to 12 months.
vcm_sid- Current visit ID. Where: Website, cookie. Lifetime: 30 minutes of inactivity.
access_token, refresh_token- Keeps you signed in; without them you are signed out. Where: Account, localStorage. Lifetime: until sign-out; sign-in lasts up to 7 days.
client_info- Name and language for the account header before the profile loads. Where: Account, localStorage. Lifetime: until sign-out.
theme, lang- Your theme and language. Where: Website and account, localStorage. Lifetime: until you clear it.
vch-cookie-ok- That you dismissed the cookie notice. Where: Website, localStorage. Lifetime: until you clear it.
vch_team_invite- A team invitation link opened before sign-in. Where: Account, sessionStorage. Lifetime: until the tab is closed.
Analytics cookies are set only by virtcardhub.com, are not available to page scripts (HttpOnly) and are not shared with other websites. Values in localStorage and sessionStorage stay in your browser; only the sign-in token is sent to the server — in the headers of account requests.
03Third-party cookies
No third-party analytics, advertising pixels or trackers are used on the website or in the account. Service icons in the account (“Where cards work”) are loaded from Google without cookies. The mini app runs inside Telegram — Telegram’s own rules are described in its privacy policy.
04How to control them
You can limit or clear cookies and storage in your browser settings. The website keeps working; clearing the account’s storage signs you out.
