01Who receives the consent
By using VirtCardHub — signing in via the bot @virtcardhubbot, the mini app or the web account — you consent to the processing of your personal data by [Operator name — to be confirmed] on the terms below and in the Privacy Policy.
02What data
Depending on how you use the service, we process:
- Telegram data — the ID, name, username and language that Telegram passes when you sign in via the bot, the mini app or the login widget;
- contacts you add yourself — email address (confirmed with a code) and phone number, if you add them in your profile;
- card and transaction data — issued cards, their names and tags, top-ups, charges, refunds, declines and account balances. Card details are stored encrypted and shown only to the card owner;
- session and security data — IP address, device and browser type, sign-in and activity time, action logs (including actions of team members);
- support requests — your conversation with @VirtCardHubSupportbot;
- technical website data — pages viewed, referral source (UTM tags), date and time of the visit (see the Cookie Policy).
03Purposes
Registration and sign-in; issuing and servicing virtual cards and running transactions; notifications and confirmation codes; account security and fraud prevention; answering requests; meeting the requirements of payment partners and the law; website visit statistics.
04What may be done with the data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to the extent required for the purposes above (to partners that issue cards and process payments), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automation.
05Duration and withdrawal
The consent is valid while you have an account and afterwards for the retention period required by law and payment partners’ rules. You can withdraw it by writing to @VirtCardHubSupportbot or to [Contact email — to be confirmed]. After withdrawal we stop processing except for data we are obliged to keep — and the service can no longer be used.
